Our Background
"Believe" shares a sense of optimism within all circumstances, building and inspiring a better community. It's about taking advantage of opportunities to make a difference in the darkest moments. "Believe" was formed so that in those moments, we have the power to infuse good into bad, create positive from negative, give hope where there is difficulty.

Public Safety Community Outreach
Providing to those in need!
Our Public Safety Outreach program allows law enforcement officials to provide goods and services to those members of our community when we come across them in times of need and assistance.
Scholarships
Providing resources for continuing Secondary Education and/or Community oriented educational opportunities!
Our Scholarships program is designed to help students and families in our area continue their education at the collegiate or trade school level. Additionally, working to provide youth in our service area opportunities to attend community oriented events that further their development toward adulthood.
Shop with a Cop 2021
Bringing Hope to kids and families! DONATE NOW TO HELP! We are looking to reach as many children and families as possible under COVID 19 guidelines!
One of our longest running "Community give-backs" for public safety in Marion County. Every December public safety officials and volunteers get the awesome experience of "shopping" with children and families in need. Experience this event just once and you'll see amazing, wonderful, things.
Shop with a Cop 2021 is back! Our in person event is back for 2021. We know our local public safety members are looking forward to a great experience!
Two events this year, our main event at Walmart, and another in Detroit, Oregon. WE ARE SO LOOKING FORWARD TO 2021's Shop with a Cop events! Please take the time to donate and support this mission.
